Genshin Impact developer HoYoverse hopes fans continue to support the game as the Japanese Twitter account heads toward 3 million total followers. Additionally, HoYoverse plans to share more information about future events happening inside and outside the popular open-world action-RPG. One of the upcoming events celebrating the game is Genshin Concert 2022, an online event featuring over an hour of musical performances. Fans can tune into the show on October 2, four days after the launch of Genshin Impact version 3.1.

Nilou is prominently featured in the new Genshin Impact illustration due to her impending arrival as a playable Hydro character. In the world of Teyvat, she’s regarded as the star of the Zubayr Theater in Sumeru. Additionally, Nilou is present as a NPC during chapter three of Genshin Impact’s main story. Players will be able to summon Nilou from a new event wish during the second phase of Genshin Impact version 3.1. In the meantime, HoYoverse suggests fans stay tuned for more news and updates through its social media channels.

Although HoYoverse is headquartered in Shanghai, China, the game’s popularity continues to grow in the west and Japan. HoYoverse targets a worldwide audience with Genshin Impact by infusing different cultures to create a unique and evolving game world. As a result of the game’s growing presence in Japan, HoYoverse greenlit a new Genshin Impact anime by Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba production studio Ufotable.

Genshin Impact’s English Twitter account is nearing the 4.5 million follower mark a few days before version 3.1 launches. Players around the world continue to express their interest in Genshin Impact, so the official Twitter accounts are expected to grow even further as the end of 2022 approaches.

Genshin Impact is available now for Android, iOS, PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. A Nintendo Switch version is in development.
