In those quests, various characters from Genshin Impact’s playable roster usually play a significant role. Most of those characters made repeated appearances, which led a Genshin Impact player to find out which character had the most lines of dialogue throughout the game.

Reddit user Dh0124 has revealed an interesting graphic showing which Genshin Impact character had the most lines of dialogue through the game’s story. While there is a lot of dialogue between Genshin Impact’s characters, one of them stands out. The graphic shows that Albedo is the only character that has over 900 lines of dialogue, with another Geo character, Zhongli, in second place. Albedo was released back in Genshin Impact update 1.2 during the Dragonspine event. Since then, he has appeared in multiple quests throughout the first two major updates. The majority of Albedo’s appearances happened during the game’s Limited Events.
There was not a lot of hype around his first arrival, as many players underestimated his kit since he was considered one of the first defensive characters in the game. Nowadays, he is considered to be one of the strongest Genshin Impact characters, with a kit that can fit almost any team composition. Albedo was a part of the first double banner re-run back in Genshin Impact Version 2.3, where he was paired with another five-star character – Eula.
Previous leaks claimed that Albedo could be a part of the current update 2.6, where he was thought to arrive alongside Kamisato Ayaka, but these rumors were quickly debunked by HoYoverse’s official livestream event. However, Albedo could still be a part of this update as recent rumors have revealed that Genshin Impact Version 2.6 could get extended due to COVID-19 issues meaning that there is a chance for a third banner after Ayaka.
The second character with the most lines in the game is the Geo Archon Zhongli. Similar to Albedo, Zhongli did not receive much love on his first release, but once HoYoverse introduced Geo buffs, he became a force to be reckoned with. His ability to provide one of the strongest shields in the game, as well as provide AoE Geo damage with his Elemental Burst can hardly be matched by any other character.
Genshin Impact is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is currently in development with no confirmed release date.
