Genshin Impact’s limited character banners always consist of the main five-star unit and three characters that have a lower four-star rarity. Four-star items are generally much easier to acquire, considering that they have a pity system that guarantees one of the three characters within 10 wishes.

One of the more credible leakers in the community, SaveYourPrimos, has stated that Bennett, Noelle, and Razor will all be part of the first banner for Genshin Impact version 3.2. Fans don’t seem too happy about this lineup, considering that all three of these characters have been part of the game since 1.0, which means that a large number of players have acquired all of their constellations. However, this is one of the best banners for players who have recently started playing the game. Since his release, Bennett has been widely considered the strongest four-star character in Genshin Impact due to his ability to provide one of the strongest heals in the game with his Fantastic Voyage.
This elemental burst also grants a significant damage buff for characters that are within the area of effect. In order to maximize his potential as a support, players should try to acquire Bennett’s first constellation, which lifts the HP restriction on this buff. However, leveling all of his constellations could be a mistake, considering that his C6 grants Pyro infusion for all sword, claymore, and polearm characters affected by Fantastic Voyage which can negatively affect a lot of team compositions.
Even though he is one of the best supports in Genshin Impact, players can also use Bennett in the main DPS role. Noelle is a Geo claymore character who can also fill multiple roles within a team composition, but players use her as a support most of the time. Her kit revolves around the elemental skill Breastplate, which creates a very strong shield that can be transferred to other characters in the party.
Just like Bennett, Noelle receives her first power spike with her first constellation, which greatly increases the healing potential of her shield. At the time of his release, Razor was considered one of the best DPS characters in Genshin Impact despite having a lower four-star rarity. However, with the release of newer and stronger five-star characters, he is now a decent A-tier DPS who prioritizes dealing Physical damage.
Genshin Impact is available now for Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5, with a Switch version in development.
