Developer HoYoverse has confirmed that update 3.0 will be shorter, so players will have less time to pull for their desired characters. A new post on the official Genshin Impact Twitter account has revealed the characters who will be featured on the Limited Banner for the second part of the update.

The official live stream event for Genshin Impact update 3.0 has confirmed that the second part of the update will bring two popular five-star characters to the Limited Character Banner: the Hydro Catalyst user Sangonomiya Kokomi and the Cryo bow character named Ganyu. According to the tweet, the upcoming banner will feature the following characters:
Dori - four-star Electro claymore character Sucrose - four-star Anemo catalyst character Xingqiu - four-star Hydro sword character Ganyu - five-star Cryo bow character Kokomi - five-star Hydro catalyst character
Overall players seem very happy about the new lineup with Dori as the only new four-star character. She is a unique Sumeru character whose main focus is always to gather as much Mora as possible. When it comes to her power on the battlefield, she will be a new support who specializes in recharging Energy and healing. In order to utilize her full potential, players should stack HP when building this famous merchant.
Xingqiu is still considered one of the best four-star characters in the game as he has the ability to constantly apply the Hydro element as well as generate a large amount of Energy. A big part of the community considers him the best sub-DPS character in Genshin Impact, especially if payers manage to get all of his constellation levels. The character usage charts for the Spiral Abyss revealed that he is one of the most popular characters in the game right now.
The last four-star character, Sucrose, offers a lot of supportive values for her party, including grouping enemies, producing tons of Energy particles, and providing a strong Elemental Mastery buff which has become one of the main stats in the new Sumeru region. The two five-star units, Ganyu and Kokomi, are both considered S-tier characters in their respective role. Recent beta leaks have revealed that Kokomi will have great synergy with a new character Nilou who is scheduled for Genshin Impact update 3.1.
