Before the code may be redeemed, users must log in to a HoYoverse account linked with Genshin Impact. Users may select their server and Genshin Impact character once logged in, and the free Primogems may be successfully redeemed by inputting the latest code.

Redemption codes may expire rather quickly after Genshin Impact special programs, so players should claim the free Primogems in a timely manner by visiting the gift page and redeeming “NT8SU92DKFRZ” soon. If desired, players may manually input the redemption code while playing Genshin Impact by pausing the game, visiting the “Settings” menu, and searching for the “Redeem Code” option under “Account” settings.
